With a passion for food, The Food Arrondissement was born - a space where I share my love for baking, the recipes I create, and all the food I’m constantly making, eating, and discovering around Melbourne. For me, It’s all about enjoying good food while still keeping things balanced, something I’m especially passionate about as a nutritionist.
Being Italian, food has always been a big part of my life. Cooking with my nonnas - from making fresh pasta and bread, to annual sauce days and
sausage-making days - is where I learned a lot of what I know today, and I love bringing those traditions into my own kitchen.For me, food is about more than just recipes - it’s about sharing moments, connection, and showing love in the simplest way. Baking especially is my way of slowing down and switching off.
